Visit statistics

We count page visits anonymously so we know how many people use the site. No cookies are set and nothing personal is sent: your browser only remembers the date it was last counted. You can clear this with your browser's site data at any time.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers ("operators") who process information on our behalf and under their own security commitments:

Some of these providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, it is subject to the providers' data-protection agreements and safeguards.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Account information, batches and matches are kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, batches and matches are deleted from our database straight away. Feedback emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message.

Your rights

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules mean each shooter can only read and change their own records; only authorised Lead and Copper staff can view accounts and bag photos, to verify batches and support you. Passwords are handled by Google's sign-in service; we never see them.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in, Google's sign-in service stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask for your consent again.
